An app, a tutor and a class - who came out on top? Spoiler: we did!
We're delighted that Battersea Spanish has been featured in The Daily Mirror after travel journalist Milo Boyd put three different ways of learning Spanish to the test ahead of his holiday with an app, a private tutor and an evening class with us.
And we're very happy to say that in-person learning came out on top!
From the warm and encouraging teachers to his friendly classmates, the accountability of showing up each week and the chance to practise Spanish in a real life setting, Milo found that nothing quite compared to learning together in person. He also loved the wider community around Battersea Spanish, from film nights and book club to Flamenco, cocktails and conversation at La Bodega.
Which, if we're honest, is exactly what we've been trying to create here! A place where you can learn Spanish, make mistakes, build confidence, discover more about Spanish and Latin American culture and meet some brilliant people along the way.
