Often described by our community as a "hidden gem", Battersea Spanish is a beautiful and stylish venue close to Battersea Park in South London. A vibrant and unique Spanish and Latin American cultural hub, we also rent out our space for parties and events.

Bar

Very popular for small (25) to medium-sized (50-60) birthday parties, receptions, work parties and other events, La Bodega is available as a self-contained venue for private hire, on a minimum spend basis. This means there is no hire charge, but the renter commits to spending a minimum amount, which must be pre-paid and is not refundable. Any amount spent in addition to the minimum is then payable at the end of the event.

Minimum spend to reserve La Bodega (spend includes all drinks and food from our menus, and any other catering we agree to provide).

Weekday lunchtimes - £200

Bar and Studio

The whole downstairs of our building can be hired as a stylish and unique venue for large parties for up to 110 people, spread between our bar, La Bodega, and our performance studio. Our convenient layout easily permits two closely-connected activities to take place at the same time, for events with a range of needs.

Our performance studio has a professional Mixing desk/PA/sound equipment, as well as event lighting and a large cinema screen and projector. Tables and chairs can be arranged as required, or the room can be left empty for dancing.

Saturday evenings - £850

Studio

Our multi-purpose performance studio is ideal for dance and exercise classes, yoga and well-being spaces, theatre and dance rehearsals, showing films, filming dance sequences, presentation and award ceremonies, product launches and PR events.

Our space comes equipped with professional mixing desk/PA system and sound equipment, event/stage lighting, large cinema screen and ceiling projector, and tables/chairs to suit your event.

For dance or fitness classes (max. 3 hours):

£30 + VAT per hour, capacity 15 (for dancing etc)

For events: £50 + VAT per hour, capacity 50

Day rate available (6-8 hours per day): £250 + VAT

Discounts are available for multiple bookings. Deposit required to book. 

All hire bookings must be paid in advance.
