Catch-up Lessons

We understand - sometimes it's simply unavoidable to miss a class, and you want to make up for lost time to keep up with the rest of your group. Catch ups ensure you get back on track after that work trip, vacation, illness or any other absence.

Our Catch up lessons enable you to arrange 1:1 lessons with the same teacher you have as your group teacher (unless they have no extra availability).

To ensure your very busy group teachers can fit in extra catch up lessons as often as possible, all Catch up lessons will take place online.

Before booking your Catch up lessons, please be aware of the following terms:

1. These Catch up lessons are offered at a reduced rate and are only available to students enrolled in a group Spanish course at the time of their booking. Our current student discounts are not redeemable against catch-up lessons.
2. Once you pay for a Catch up lesson we will inform your group teacher, who will then contact you to agree a day and time and online platform to use
3. Once arranged with your teacher, Catch up lessons cancelled with less than 24-hour notice (exc Sat and Sun and bank holidays) will be charged as if taken.
4. To avoid disputes, cancellations should be notified to the tutor as well as our admin email - hello@batterseaspanish.com.
5. Any rearrangement of lesson time should be discussed directly between the tutor and the student.
6. Any issues related to Catch up lessons should be reported at the earliest opportunity to the management of the school.
