In a thrilling collaboration with The Tapas Room and The Modest Merchant, we are bringing to you a series of weekly live streamings from Paul Belcher’s kitchen so that you can learn how to cook some of his staple Spanish recipes, while you zip some delicious and unique wines provided by The Modest Merchant.
This is a free event, but please book online so that we can send you the bilingual recipe card for the dishes Paul will be cooking!

*When will this happen?*
The 30-minute streaming will happen on Thursdays 7:00pm from Battersea Spanish’s Facebook page, so make sure to follow us! Also make sure to follow The Tapas Room and The Modest Merchant to know more about the great work they do.
*How do I cook along with Paul?*
After you book here, the recipe will be sent out to you so that you can cook along with Paul. All the ingredients are very easy to get. It is important that you book each single event (we have lined up 6) in order to receive the recipe for each one.
*How do I get my pairing wines?*
In order to round up the experience and treat your palate, we highly recommend that you purchase the 6 wines that will be enjoyed each week. You can buy them directly from The Modest Merchant at incredible prices! Please note that orders for a given Thursday need to be placed by Friday at 12:00 the week prior. It might be a great idea to get the 6 wines, so you make sure you have them all on time!
