Summer is most definitely here, and it’s time to dedicate our delicious series of Spanish supper clubs to the ever-sunny region of Andalusia! Chef Antonio, former head chef of mouth-watering Spanish restaurant La Gitana in Notting Hill, will treat us to a feast of flavours from his birthplace.
He will be demonstrating how to cook the personally selected dishes for this occasion while giving us proper insider’s tips. After the demo, we will all sit together in our tropical garden and enjoy this Andalusian feast, while sipping delicious rebujitos (typical Andalusian cocktail), cerveza andaluza, sangría, and enjoying a beautiful chat with like-minded people.
