The first edition of our 2019 Spanish Supper Clubs features Mexico!
Claudia Pietro Piastro, chef from Escuela de Gastronomía Mexicana in Mexico City and PhD in Anthropology focusing in food and identity by KCL, will be demonstrating how to cook 3 delicious dishes seminal to the vast Mexican gastronomy. After Claudia’s demo, we will all sit together and enjoy the Mexican feast (be ready to try the selection of Tequila and Mezcal that will be sold in our Bar!).
