Event Description

Nothing like a cooking class to immerse your child in a universe of language, flavours and colours! Our immersive Spanish cooking series takes place once a month and is designed to help children from the ages of 3-9 to improve their Spanish through a full linguistic immersion; as well as allow them to learn about Spanish and Latin American culture. In this very special workshop, children will learn how to make roscón navideño and chocolate a la taza.

Roscón, in its many variations, is a staple food typical of Christmas time in all hispanic countries. And nothing better than to enjoy it with a delicious artisanal hot chocolate!

This cooking class is a great opportunity for your child to interact with other Spanish speaking children in a stimulating and creative environment, and to further their listening and oral skills.

If you’re a Battersea Spanish member don’t forget to use your 10% discount!

And, make sure not to miss out on our Spanish story-telling event every month and our weekly Spanish Creative School for a full immersion pack!

All materials are included in the event fee. Please note that this event does not require parent’s attendance and a place for a parent is not included in the event fee.

Check out our other classes for kids including a monthly storytelling event and our weekly Saturday Creative School. You can find all kids classes here.
