During this cooking workshop you will learn from our talented and experienced chef Demi how to make an array of delicious Spanish food from its world renowned gastronomic epicentre Galicia!
What you’ll make and learn how to make step by step:
-Empanadas Gallegas con ensalada (Fish) – Celebrating the fantastic fish that is readily available in this coastal region of Spain, empanadas are a perfect little parcel (like a pasty) that can contain a variety of delicious fillings.
-Pulpo a la gallega (Octopus) – Succulent pieces of octopus cooked to perfection make Galicia’s most iconic dish.
-Tarta de Santiago (Almond) – This iconic almond cake is not only perfect for afternoon tea or as a dessert but its origin is also steeped in history.
After you have made your three-course feast you will be a able to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a complimentary glass of wine or beer! (more will be available, not to worry!).
