During this workshop you will learn from our talented and experienced chef Demi how to make an array of delicious Spanish food from the sunny region of Andalusia!
What you’ll make and learn how to make step by step:
-Salmorejo – Delicious creamy tomato soup. Like gazpacho but better!
-Flamenquín – a delicious breadcrumb coated meat dish that is very typical of Cordoba.
-Natillas Caseras – Silky custard dessert finished with cinnamon.
After you have made your three-course feast you will be a able to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a complimentary glass of wine or beer! (more will be available, not to worry!).
