Event Description

Have you always wanted to learn the secrets to mouth-watering Spanish food? Now’s your chance to learn how to make some of Spain’s most iconic dishes.

During this workshop you will learn from our talented and experienced chef Demi how to make an array of delicious Spanish food traditional eaten at Christmas!

What you’ll make and learn how to make step by step:

-Cocido navideño – Hearty warming stew.

-Cordero asado con verduras – Spanish style roast lamb. Whilst in the UK many of us eat Turkey at Christmas many families choose lamb.

-Roscón de Reyes con chocolate a la taza – Delicious traditional Christmas sweet bread served with Spanish style hot chocolate.

After you have made your three-course feast you will be a able to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a complimentary glass of wine or beer! (more will be available, not to worry!).

Demi García Sabat

Demi is a professional pastry chef from Barcelona based in London. He hails from 4 generations of patissiers and studied and worked with some of the best chefs in Barcelona. Demi‘s greatest inspiration, however, was his grandfather, maestro Jaume Sabat. Demi moved to London 16 years ago to study music. He is now very happy to combine both passions, food and music, to a professional level. For him, it is not work, rather a way of life.
