Event Description

Join us in this incredible arrangement where delicious Spanish food meet with a great opportunity to practice your Spanish, or simply chat in your mother tongue if you are a native speaker!

Battersea Spanish has partnered with Brindisa at Battersea Power Station in the curation of the Spanish Conversation Nights and Tapas series. This event is free but online booking is compulsory, and it is designed for native Spanish speakers and learners at A2 level and higher (Pre-Intermediate 1 and above). Our expert teachers will be there to help you get the most of the night, and will be providing speaking prompts to keep you chatting. Also, each of the sessions will be dedicated to a different theme linked to Spain or Latin America, so at the end of the night you will know loads about culture, arts, food, sports and new vocabulary!

And as if this wasn’t enough, Brindisa Battersea Power Station will be treating you to 35% off your food and drinks bill, so this is quite a treat!

Remember that you must be registered online on this site in order to have access to these benefits.

Sign up soon and secure your space, and invite your Spanish speaking friends to come along!

Sara Caba

Costa Rica is my home country. There, I studied Psychology at Universidad de Costa Rica.

Sixteen years ago I left looking to expand my horizons. I went to Copenhagen, where I studied a Master’s degree in Science, Technology and Society at Roskilde Universitet, and stayed four years, collecting work experience as a Spanish teacher and at IBM.

I then moved to Boston, where I gained further experience teaching. I enrolled at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and worked as a Project Officer at Harvard University LASPAU. I then came to London, where I took the Spanish Teaching Certificate from Goldsmiths University and Instituto Cervantes, and became the proud founder of award winning Battersea Spanish.

I love to work, watch films, write, travel and read.
