Course Discussion

Course Description

You have come to a great place of fluency, but that deep understanding of the Subjunctive continues to be an issue for you. ¿Esa persona a la que conozca, or conozco? This is absolutely normal, and it’s what will make the real difference in your level of Spanish.

In this 4-week course designed for students of B1 or B2 who wish to refresh (Intermediate 2, 3 or higher) you will find an answer to all those questions about the famous Subjuntivo. You will gain this mastery through a series of theoretical and practical exercises that will deepen your understanding of this subject.

Please note that this is a course designed for students who have studied the uses of present subjunctive but still don't feel confident with its use. This is not an introduction to subjunctive course. If you haven't studied the subjunctive yet, we recommend joining our Intermediate 1 course.

A great complement to this course is our acclaimed Spanish and Theatre short course.

Learning Spanish in London obviously takes longer than if you were to study abroad, so be sure to supplement your courses with any one of our events that will help you to learn the language and love the culture!

Núria Benavent

Spanish Instructor

Brought up by a family of teachers in the charming and sunny region of Valencia in Spain, I have always found myself at home in the educational sphere. The inheritance of my parents’ teaching vocation and my passion for foreign languages and cultures has lead me to study a PhD in second language acquisition and Intercultural Education at the Universitat de València and the University of Roehampton. I feel very lucky to have be able to work doing what I love the most teaching and instilling my love for language. ¡Hasta pronto!
