Course Description

These monthly Special Flamenco workshops are taught from our studios in Battersea by experts teachers. They are designed for dancers of multiple levels, as an opportunity to expand their knowledge of different elements that are fundamental to enrich the flamenco learning journey.

In these 2-hour workshops, you will learn technique and choreography. They are designed for learners who are new to these skills or have experience and want to continue to build on it.

We highly recommend that you book a seat as soon as you can in order to avoid disappointment, as our courses fill up very fast!

Tangos por fiesta with Noemí Luz.

We will be looking at the essential components that make up the Tangos style and understanding how we can use these to dance & improvise to the singing and guitar. These skills are useful to experienced dancers as well as to those who are just beginning to dance flamenco. We will be working towards trusting ourselves to improvise with the tools we have so that we can participate in the flamenco juerga "por tangos" and feel free as we dance.

If you are a Battersea Spanish member, don’t forget to apply your member discount when booking.
