Love Flamenco and Latin music and want to stay fit in a fun and engaging way?
Then our Dance fitness program is exactly what you need! Latin and Flamenco tunes and moves fused with engaging and seamless fitness routines that will tone your body, energise you, help you lose weight, and teach you the basic moves and rhythms of this beautiful music and dance.
Anyone can join these sessions, and no previous dance or fitness experience is needed. The sessions are taught in English, so accesible to all!
Mondays | Wednesdays | Fridays
The three elements that compose our program are Flamenco Fitness, Latincore and Latinbeats. They all work on keeping you fit, but also offer more specialised emphasis. Flamenco Fitness is amazing for arms and stretching; Latincore, as its name says it, is incredible for core work, and Latinbeats is spectacular for legs, hips and bum! We therefore highly recommend you do the 3 sessions a week to really see the results.
Our instructors are caring and engaging dance and fitness professionals with years of experience in the field, and have amazing musical taste, so be prepared to discover the best Latin and Flamenco music there is! If we need to find cover teachers for any particular class, we will always make sure that you are in the hands of caring professionals!
How do I join?
The program runs on a monthly basis, and offers each of the sessions once a week, from 6:30pm-7:20pm. You can join each session individually (the monthly access), or book the whole set with a 35% discount. Mondays is Latincore, Wednesdays Latinbeats, and Fridays Flamenco Fitness.
Please note that we don't record the sessions. They are live, as we want to bring people together over an energising group activity, be it online or in person.
Online or in person?
This is a hybrid program, which allows you to join us in person in our lovely dance studios at Battersea Spanish, or you can join us online from anywhere you are! Anyone booking in person will also get the online monthly access.

Covid and in person sessions
We will follow all government guidelines to keep you and our instructors safe. We request members not to come to class if unwell, and will follow strict ventilation and hygiene protocols. July is a month of very limited in person capacity as we will operate following social distance measures, so make sure to book one of the very few in person seats today!
If you'd like to try a session before booking for the whole in studio program, you can book a one-off trial class (only available for in studio). When you book put in the booking notes: 1) the date you are attending, 2) the class you are attending. If you want to trial the 3 different classes, you can book a trial per class. If you want to join after the trial you would need to book the set of lessons. We will follow up with details after you complete your class.
